We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2-5 working days of orders received. Orders are sent by Royal Mail second class post. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

For orders up to 2kg, postage is £3.40. For orders up to 5kg, postage is £8.99. For order above 5kg, postage is Free of Charge. Please be aware that your order may not be small enough to fit through your letterbox. As a result, please give an alternate delivery address where there will be someone available to receive your order, perhaps a work address. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept any returns for refunds unless the product is defective and it remains unopened. BeebeeSpices will not be held responsible for delays to your order due to the customer providing incorrect delivery information. If an order needs to be sent twice due to an incorrect delivery address, the charges will be passed onto the customer.
