Rigatoni with Pink Prawn in Chilli Flakes

2 large garlic cloves

1 medium Cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon Rosemary

Small piece of turmeric root, finely sliced

10ml sunflower oil

Prawns 250g

Chilli flakes


1. Cook the Rigatoni al dente and set aside

2. Heat oil in pan

3. Add garlic and fry for 10 seconds

4. Add cayenne pepper, fry for 1 minute

5. Add onions, allow to sweat

6. Add clean prawns and stir then add your turmeric and 2 table spoons of chilli flakes

7. Add rosemary and give it a good stir.

8. Add your Rigatoni to the pan

Enjoy with a glass of chapman (If the prawns is from frozen then you will get some juice that you can thicken with corn starch flour)
