Salad meal

If like me you get back from work really late then you will need this.

I make a salad meal that is refreshing and tasty. You can have it with a slice of sourdough bread if you want to.

Ingredients

Bag of salad

Small tangerine or satsuma

I medium sized avocado

A sprinkle of Beebeespices salt

1g of Coriander seeds

15ml Beebee oils

1 Boiled egg (really optional)

2 tsp Lemon juice

Beebeespices Chilli Chim

Instructions

Throw your salad in a bowl

Add the salt, coriander seeds, eggs, oils and toss.

Add the peeled satsuma sections

Add 1 tsp of Beebeespices Chilli Chim and stir

Dish

Pour the lemon juice onto the Avocado on your plate

The eggs and avocado are really filling.
